I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. it offered great value for money, with reasonable prices for a comfortable stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, especially in the basic amenities provided in the rooms. The balcony provided a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy the view and relax. Lastly, the breakfast options were varied, including protein items, which catered to different preferences.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

We received the room with the terrace and spectacular view on the Vesuvius and Neapolitan Bay. The pepole who work at the reception desk were really nice and helped us to visit Naples. It is good place to stay when you want to visit Naples, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Sorrento Pensiula and Amalfi Coast.
When there were few guests breakfest was really poor but when the guests arrived it became better.

Excellent staff. Very beautiful surroundings. Good breakfast and very beautiful garden to enjoy it. Close to all points of interest in southern Italy.
Furniture a little bit old and baths could use a refreshment.

Staying at Hotel Parco gave us a real taste of life in rural Italy in Gragnano. Our favorite parts of our stay were walking along the local streets and eating the local delicious Panuozzos. We walked through town and went to a local wine shop, where an extremely knowledgable worker catered to our tastes. We went back to the hotel and drank it outside on the hotel patio. One of the hotel staff members put together a lovely platter for us. Easy walk to the Circumvesuviana train at the Via Nocera stop. 20 minutes to Sorrento, 5 minutes to Pompeii, and 45 minutes to Naples. Hotel offered pick up and drop off most of the time to and from the train station. Check in times were lenient and breakfast was simple and delicious.
The Hotel itself is very charming, but outdated. It seems as if it was a 4 star hotel at one point, but lost a star somewhere between now and the 1980's. It still has redeeming qualities, but is in need of renovations. The bathroom needs updating, plain and simple. There is no shower, just a bath with poor plumbing, as the water goes from freezing cold to steaming hot constantly. Also, only one employee speaks English, so communication is difficult, but they still try and are friendly. It is recommended to bring a dictionary.

I loved the top floor room with large outdoor terrace and, uninterupted panoramic 250 degree views of Vesuvius, Latterite Mountains Bay of Naples sunsets, sunrises from behind surrounding mountains and view of downtown life. The fireworks displays and evening lights of distant towns were gorgeous.Grounds are extensive and beautiful, mature gardens and provision for gazebo wedding reception. Apart from the scenery the flat is tiled, and fresh Excellent breakfast. It is close to major tourist interests..Pompei, Sorrento, Postiano, Cable car 1400 metres up mountain. But out of tourist flow. Shops were 5 mins down hill. The easiest route by train is from Naples to Via Nochera ( several stops before Sorrento.) Free pickup and drop off to station Via Nochera, organised by Pino and Palma who were most obliging, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is situated in a little suburb with dining options close to the village centre, although slightly difficult to reach from the train station. the room was spacious with a large terrace offering stunning views, while the staff at the hotel restaurant provided delightful service and the breakfast was the best we had in Italy. the hotel also had free parking and a beautiful garden with a bar for relaxation.
The cleanliness of the hotel, specifically the balcony and bathroom, could have been improved.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a really warm and cozy experience. Loved the decorations all around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The highlight for us was the delicious Christmas dinner they offered along with live music. The view from the windows was breathtaking and we enjoyed the free parking.
The location wasn't very accessible and we had to use taxis quite often which added to our expenses. , the elevator was a little cramped and slow, which made it difficult for us to get to our room quickly.

Over Christmas, I had a great time at a hotel in the Naples region. the views were stunning, with a balcony overlooking a picturesque bay and a majestic mountain. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast, and the staff was multilingual and helpful in terms of local attractions. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to various places of interest. One highlight was the hotel's shuttle, which took us to and from the port with ease.
The towels were quite hard and uncomfortable. the shower lacked a curtain, which made things difficult.
